Recording Video While In Trainz 2010 EE

Greetings! I have Trainz 2010EE and I don't know how people make those video recordings of their layout in action. Is this an internal function of the program? If so, can someone please tell me how to do it? Thanks

I use Fraps, http://www.fraps.com/download.php , though you are restricted to short clips with the free version, John.
