When I went into my route I could not belive the wide mess up. The line I was working on which is over 90 miles long and one of 6 altogether in the company I am modelling is in a woefull state. Items like the many river banks both double and single are in tiny multi-colours and the same has applies to station buildings, lineside bushes even the fencing when I look closely. Some fields have colours like the rainbow and even the background "walls" that are meant to depict countyrside are unrecognisable due to the myriad of colours all over them. With hundreds of boards and goodness knows how many backgrounds that adds to the nightmare. Even where a road crosses a rail line the level crossing now appears with a bright blue base! instead of the roadway. All 6 lines are effected and has rather deflated me after so much work over a long period of time. This has reached the point of depressing.
