You need to go into your Auran profile ("Profile" button near the top left of this page).
Login to your account and on the resulting page select "Serial Number" (under the Trainz" heading).
Check to see if your Trainz 2009 serial number is registered. If not then enter the serial number on that page. If it is registered and you are still having problems then you may need to submit a ticket to the helpdesk.
