Too many crashes and lengthy rebuilds - Reinstalling...
Have ZIP of Ver 94916. I "assume" I should uninstall the "old" 100240 version - correct? I also assume I should not touch the data files.
I have CDPs of routes.
Save your data folder elsewhere if you haven't already.
Uninstall the 100240 version yes you'll have to.
You might be able to download this version again directly from My Trainz and Digital Downloads. If not your install should work then go through the upgrade. I recommend doing that before you reconnect your content folder.
Let the install do it's thing since it's a new install. It'll put it's data folder in the Users\login\App Data data-path.
Once installed, "reconnect" to your data.

o into the Install tab and reconnect to your data folder.
Click on the ... in the right corner of the installed path screen. Browse to your Users/username/app data/N3V Games/TRS2019 folder and open a folder in there other than the one you are already connected to. It helps to change the view to details in the window to show the creation dates.
Once you swap folders, you should log in but will run a quick database.
You will need to restart the program again after this.
This will ensure you have your content and haven't lost anything, but it's good to have backups anyway.
