random breakdowns

ok so not to get confused with the other thread that some people have gotten there painties in a knot over.

how about some random loco breakdowns where either a traction motor quits or a wheel seizes up on the loco or the diesel engine quits. how about that. same stuff that happends in real life. things like blowing a pistion etc.

All our activities have had the possibility of detector failures for several years. A few have scripted breakdowns, coupler breakages and other incidents.

In TRS2006 the other day I had an B&O 0-4-0T go totaly dead while under AI. I went to manual but still no go. I had to send in a 4-8-4 Northern to pull it and it's train down the track a bit and all was then fine. Probably a bug, not a feature though.

Haven't seen the other thread but i believe Phil c has done locos that breakdown unless they get maintained. other than that there's only the 3 SD 70's that need fuel or wont run.
