Just a bit of info on that last loco ( the little shunter D7 )

That loco was actually a mainline coal haulage loco between Wongawilli,Kemira & Nebo Collieries & the Port Kembla Steel Works.

I can remember watching it loading under the Wongawilli bins as a kid.

Durango&Silverton NG, Heading towards Silverton July 20th 2009(Note* Engine is ex D&RGW K-36 480)

Closer to my home, Mid-November 2008, Grapevine Vinatage railroad 4-6-0 2248 (Ex-Southern Pacific T-1 4-6-0) heading back to Grapevine on a cloudy/rainy day. My friend took this pic, as I had no camera on me at the time. We were chasing the train that day, and I still have this pic as my screen saver.

A unique opportunity. A 10 car freight train, all aired up with the brakes tested and working at the Colorado Railroad Museum, sadly we had several passenger cars on the tracks, so we could not take the train around a few times (oh man we wanted to badly!)

Forget what day, Some time Early 2009. Ft. Worth Texas, Tower 55 is to the left out of the shot. This train was passing another train that had 6 units on head end (All running, 3 were still in Southern Pacific paint(Which SP has been gone for 13-14 years))

Ah, My hometown. Up Ballast train I belive in late June or July. UP was completly redoing the track work on the line, and now they run up to 55 mph! It used to be 30-40. Oh, and the unit on the left, is Ex-CB&Q E7 9920(9990) in BNSF letering but CB&Q paint. Its on display as you can see near the tracks.

Later that same day, After the ballast had backed down the line, this came by and backed into the old lumber spur to let another frieght by. It is UP MOW.

hey, tyler, what camera and lens are you using? the contrast and tightness of your images really stands out, especially next to the soft images.

Wich shots? They were all takin on little dinky digital cameras of difrent makers and such. Point out a specific picture and I will try to remember. The rails ate those two cameras I used. I have a new one that I have yet to upload pics from.
