I was reading an article online and I came across the word intramodal. I know what intermodal means but what's the difference between the two?

Interstate means between states. Intrastate means within a state.
Logic say that Itramodel means within a railroad, maybe?
cheers,
Mike

Probably transfer of goods from one vehicle or railroad to another but the mode of transport still remains "rail".
