Did you use a different name to register the software versus what you are using here?

If that's the case, contact the helpdesk and they can sort that out.

Sadly, until you get this straightened out you won't be able to patch or receive full support.

As JCitron has said, this is not the case. If it was, you would have a TS12 'station stop' on your timeline next to your username (like I have, although mine is below my ).

The easiest way of doing this is to visit https://www.auran.com/planetauran/SN_Enter_Serialnumber.php and fill in the form. When you come to Product, click the down arrow and select your version.

Railway Simulator from Just Trains requires a different registration than the usual way of registering. Zec Murphy coulf tell you how to register as I have forgotten how I registered mine.
