I bought railroad simulator powered by trainz 12 and i cannot get any of the patches to work please help!!!!:'(

You cannot install any patches until you register your software.

To register your software, please login into Planet Auran, choose the product from the list, and put in the serial number.

With your software registered, you will also receive support here because your product registration will show next to your name.

Your registration didn't show here.

Did you use a different name to register the software versus what you are using here?

If that's the case, contact the helpdesk and they can sort that out.

Sadly, until you get this straightened out you won't be able to patch or receive full support.

If you just did it wait for a little. I also registered TS12 not long ago and it took a few hours until it showed up and let me download things.

As JCitron has said, this is not the case. If it was, you would have a TS12 'station stop' on your timeline next to your username (like I have, although mine is below my ).

The easiest way of doing this is to visit https://www.auran.com/planetauran/SN_Enter_Serialnumber.php and fill in the form. When you come to Product, click the down arrow and select your version.

P.S. The change normally happens within a minute or two.

Railway Simulator from Just Trains requires a different registration than the usual way of registering. Zec Murphy coulf tell you how to register as I have forgotten how I registered mine.
