I've noticed there's a certain rhythm in the railroad names. I think the best have at least one word with three syllables and an "and" followed by a one or two syllable word, such as "Montpelier and Sherman".

British Rail?

Scotrail?

Iranród Éireann?

No. How about a couple of fictitious liveries then

This, although not strictly fictitious, was never on this type of unit and it's unfinished.

Hi Everybody.
There was a branch line here in Somerset (UK) that ran from the main GWR Bristol to Penzance at Yatton. starting their it progressed through cheddar, Wells and eventually joined the main Somerset and Dorset South of Shepton Mallet ( I believe that was the general route of the line without looking it up).

The branch line was officially known as the cheddar Valley line but was known throughout the West country and beyond as the Strawberry Line due to the enormous amount of the fruit that was conveyed on the passenger trains in summer from the end of the second world war until its closure in the mid-1960s.

When I have finished my North Devon route I plan to re-create the branch line in Trainz. However, at 67 now I could have passed on to richer pastures before either route is finished at the rate it's is going now.

Not bad pfx! That's not a bad repaint at all! Maybe fix the doors to match what's around it but other than that, not bad.

National Express in east England is one of the most uninventive names for a railroad but thank god they are out of business. Their fares have doubled in the last five years and now that name is for use.
For weird people.
