I own box version 2006 &2009(Both are loaded on my computer)

Help (1) I have a Rail Driver Train controller which Ive had for sometime, I would like to contact someone within a reasonable distant of Gympie / Maryborough Queensland who has one or would like to help me learn the correct way to use it.
Question:- Should I buy Engr 2010 or wait awhile
