I there a way to manage more than one port using Quick Portal Manager?

I use the Portal Timetable Manager. I tried to setup the QPM and found it to hard to keep track. The PTM lets you do it all in one place.

I to use PTM I only have two portals but have ten trains comming out of them.

Yes you can have as many as you want. It's not all that obvious how you do this - there is an option to select a portal, which kind of leads you to think that it's one only, but you can in fact select more.

I think there might be some form of tutorial for these, check in the config files (I can't get into Trainz from here).

It seems that you think portal when you said port

You will open new portal in QPM by clicking on existing one and the list of all portals is shown.
