Question... How do I add water in 2022?

Hi guys, it's probably simple but I can't find how to add water in 2022.

In Classic, you go to Topology, click add water, do some settings and of you go.

Water is now on the effect layer the same as turfx. Click the + next to effect layer and select the effect.

Firstly, thank you for your support. Sorry I'm missing something here.

So, I have tools on the right. I select "Paint Brush"? Select "Ground Texture"? now I'm lost or I'm on the wrong route?

Where is the effect layer? Sorry, what is "Turfx"?

I read the link but still not getting it.

The left menu is where you will find the Effect layers.

BY THE WAY..... LOVE THE NEW WATER.... way better then the old. heheh
