Ok, I am wondering am I supposed to hit all the stations on the route or just a specific set?? I ask because I am noticing that not all the stations are allowing me to let off passengers. Am I missing something or am I not paying attention?
If there's no readme file explaining the route, use Surveyor to Edit the Route so you can check each station to see if it's set up for passenger load/unload.
Some stations and coaches are set up for passenger interaction and some are not. You'd have to check each one in surveyor mode to see if it can be set up for passengers.
In surveyor, open the Objects tab (F3), select the "?" tab at the bottom right of the Objects tab window and then click on the station that you're trying to check. If the station is passenger enabled, then a window will open allowing you to set up the passenger load for the station. If it's not passenger enabled, then the window will be empty and you won't be able to set up the passenger loads.
