Question about Silversmith's trams

In the Properties dialog box for e.g. Silversmith's Glasgow Coronation tram, whenever I try to view the help for a particular setting group (e.g. Routes), the bottom of the box, instead of actually giving help, will say "Silversmith's Customized Help, page 1" (replace "page 1" with "page 2", or "page 3", etc., depending on which settings you are looking for help on).

What I would like to know, is where in the world is "Silversmith's Customized Help"?? I looked in to the asset folder for the Coronation tram, but there is no documentation or ReadMe any where in sight.
