Question About Script Files

I am wondering if anyone that opens an locomotive folder like for instance jointedrail's c40-9w and the script file is not there?

Because for 2 days l've been having that problem and it is really irritating me

If you are having these kinds of issues, then there's an underlying problem that should be corrected. I recommend running a Quick Database Repair. This is done from the File menu. Should this not rectify the problem, I suggest reinstalling the assets in question.
