put Saved Sessions into Surveyor

My computer went into sulk mode and my Trainz program went with it, luckily I had backed up my saved sessions onto another machine, but now I cant add to the session cos I cant load into surveyor. Help would be appreciated as I am very new to Trainz and I have put quite a few hours into my session
