prototypical intercity 225 consist?

a while ago i downloaded a GNER class 91 and matching MK4 passenger cars the only issue is i do not know the prototypical consist that it runs in the cars that came in the CDP follows
DVT, PO, SV, TOD, TOE and TO
how is the trainset arranged?

The loco is usually leading heading North.

also there is a few script errors with the MK4s (the red bug in the corner of the screen appears)
is there any fixes for them?

The Mk4 DVT needs the engine tag in its config file changing from 0 to 1
