Properties Don't Appear For A Certain Locomotive In Trainz 2019

Hey, everyone. I've been experiencing a MAJOR issue with a certain locomotive in Trainz 2019. So recently, I downloaded Cog Railway 3D's Big City Engine and I found that when I try to edit his properties in Surveyor Mode, the box is literally EMPTY. I'll provide a link to the picture below.

I'd also like to mention that any and every train car I add to Big City Engine in Surveyor Mode suffers a script error within the session but work just fine when used with any other locomotive.

I'll also provide the KUID for Big City Engine. <kuid:742055:100924>.

If anyone could help me with this error, I'd GREATLY appreciate it!

Usually if that window is blank, there are no editable properties included in the Loco.
All you can do is edit the Loco name
