Problems with Missing Dependencies

Hey Guys,

A newbie to Trainz12. So far I am enjoying what Trainz12 has to offer.

I recently downloaded a couple of routes using the Content Manager. Now I am seeing that some have Missing Dependencies. I have tried numerous times to download the missing ones, but they will not download/install. I also downloaded the NKP 765 locomotive. Again a missing dependencie, which appears to be the main file, that I can bring over to the list, but it won't start to download.

Any thought as to what I am doing wrong?

Note that TS12 is not (yet) listed next to your name, so be sure to register your game to your account here:

Please check the build number of your TS12. If you are pre-SP1 you might be missing dependencies that are made available for TS12 SP1.

Thanks for your reply. The build # is 61388. I have already registered my serial number. I did notice that it was not showing up next to me name. Hmmm....

I am going into the DS, choosing an asset, download to Content Manager, Start the download. But for some reason, it misses some of the assets. now if I go back and dio the same, the missing file is loaded into the download box, but so0metimes it will start, but not complete, saying it does not recocognize the path, or simply will not start at all. This should be really simple, I would think.
