Problems to post

I apologize if this is not the place but I do not have permission to post in the Workshops - Your Creations section and in its subsections as Freeware Announcements or Screenshots. I think it's an error but I do not know.
Thank you in advance for your response.

You should be able to post there. Contact the help desk. There's a button at the top of the forums.

Please, I would like some staff member to respond to me, I am not able to leave a note in the helpdesk, I guess because of my ignorance.
Yesterday a theme of mine was moved to screenshots and now I can not continue it because I can not post in that section.
regards

What issue is affecting ticket submission at N3V's helpdesk? It's a case normally of clicking Helpdesk, then logging in using the details you use to log into your forum account, then following the troubleshooter.

As N3V are an Australian company you may be waiting a few hours before you get a response.

Moderators can't help you (nor do the read all topics).
N3V and forum administrators do not read all topics.

Here is what you have to do:
  1. Click on the link "Helpdesk" (found at the top of this page).
  2. Login (top left corner).
  3. Click on "Trouble shooting & Ticket submission".
  4. Click on "General / Other" followed by Next.
  5. Click on "Other" followed by Next.
  6. Click on "Submit a ticket" followed by Next.
  7. Enter your message in as much detail as possible, clearly stating you have no access to forum xyz and that you do have a game registered to your (forum) account.

They usually fix forum access within 2 work days. Keep in mind they are Australia based.

It is a shame this is happening.
Could you be slightly more specific (and with that I mean "a lot more")? What are you talking about?
Please try to share as much detail as possible, as this reply feels a bit out of context, so I am trying to understand the relation with this topic.
