Problems Installing Trainz12

Hi, I've just bought Trainz12 off the Auran store, I have registered all the serial numbers with Auran, I encounter a problem during the installation when it asks for me to insert a disc or select a drive, since its a digital download, I am not sure what to do from here

It sounds like you haven't saved all the files into the same folder.

Please do this first, then re-try.

That is the reason I do not like digital downloads I brought one for 2009 from Auren and it never worked I then got a box version and no issues any more.

Lol, Yeah i bought the TS10 just now and dloaded all 5 files ( yeah Shane your blog says 6) but I double checked it...and on my order there was only 5 of them..anyways I went to set up and it also asked me the same question even though all the files was in the same directory. I'm at this point redloading the 1st file in case of any errors.

Hi William,

Welcome to the forums.

There should be 6 files if you include the setup.exe file (which also needs to be saved in the same folder prior to running it)

In order:

setup.exe
setup-1a.bin
setup-1b.bin
setup-2a.bin
setup-2b.bin
setup-3a.bin

For earlier versions (TS2009/TS2010) there may only be the setup.exe file, or fewer .bin files.
