Problem With TRAINZ Content Installer

I have downloaded the "Grand Elk Railroad" from TRAINZ Content store interface. The download also appears in the TRAINZ interface. In Content Manager the interface show an error displays "Installed from DLS, Missing Dependencies". I have removed the download in the TRAINZ interface and restarted. The route still does not load with and an error symbol is displayed. Help please. tomwi@verizon.net.

this is not the Full route it is only the Transdem Map and Transdem is needed to build the route... There is absolutely No Scenery or Track on the Map Just the Terrain Only....
