Problem with settle and carlisle from Steam.

Sorry if this is in the wrong place, I didn't know where to put it.

Hello, I bought Settle and Carlisle trainz today, but can't find it in my Steam library to install/play.

Does anyone know how I can find out if it's been downloaded and how I can access it please?

Found the route, I had to log out of steam and log back in.
