Problem with interactive industries consuming goods/materials

Hello. I'm having a problem with some industries comsuming goods/materials properly. For example, say at the seaport industry when the train first unloads its product, it's no problem.

I start to have the problem when the train tries to unload goods/materials the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc times. I'm seeing the same amount of goods/materials from when the train dropped off from the 1st time. So when the train comes around again no matter how much time has passed, the cars can't unload because the 1st unload of goods/materials hasn't been consumed as yet.

I've tried adjusting the numbers so that goods/materials get consumed as fast as it's unloaded, but, I still have the same problem.

In Driver mode, when I click on view details for the industry, the times for each goods in the industry to become empty is stuck. It is not counting down as time passes. Also sometimes it says, the seaport is able to operate. Other times, it says, the seaport is unable to operate.

It there a certain setting(s) that to be done in other to fix this problem?
I have the same problem also with the lumber mill, plup mill.

Coal mine, Powerstation industries work fine. I can see the coal being consumed as the industry uses it.

I'm just not sure what is wrong with the other industries. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

The industries you mentioned are known as "Interactive Industries" and were first introduced in Trainz 2004. The problem is they can be too interactive. Take the Lumber Mill. It consumes logs amd turns them into woodchips and lumber (planks of wood if you are british like me) If the lumber mill runs out of logs it stops producing woodchips and lumber. Which makes sense when you think about it. Conversely if the lumber mill reaches its maximum capacity of woodchips or lumber it stops consuming logs. And that is basically how the 2004 Industries work. And as for your seaport I don,t want to go there. I never could quite get my head around it. But I think what happens is if it runs out of one commodity it stops consuming all commodities. But please don,t ask me why. It doesn,t make sense in the real world. If I,m wrong someone will correct me. You could try setting the values of all the commodities you don,t wish to unload to 0 and see if that helps. Even a power station which only consumes coal has a consequence if it runs out of coal. In 2004 if it ran out of coal it stopped producing electricity which meant all of your interactive industries stopped working. but you did have the option of disabling that feature.
