Problem With first class ticket

Hi all. So now I have finished my time with my first class ticket and I want to take a second class ticket but I did not know how to change.
Does anyone could tell me how?

Click the profile button at top of thread. Then go to the shop section on the left and click on ticket. It will give you three choices of ticket to choose from.

Ok, thank for your respons, but I search free's ticket and no pay for a new tickets. A ticket with second class !
I'am not sure that possible.

How do I delete a profile? I can not do anything, I stopped by my old profile and I can not retapper my serial number.

There is no second class ticket. It is either a first class ticket, which you have to pay for, or free downloading which is limited in the amount you can download per day and the speed which you can download. You have to have a registered serial number to download. If you changed usernames, the registered number under your old name cannot be transferred to your new name by you....only helpdesk can do that...you will have to ask them...
