problem with email notifications to threads

hi all

i am having a major problem with email notifications to threads that i have written in.
some days i only receive 1 email, but yet , when i check the forum, there a stacks of answers to these threads.
does anybody else have this problem?

any ideas on how to fix it?

even if i write an answer, the next day, no notification, even though there have been answers

i have checked that the tick is in subscribe to this thread

Ron,

I have had this problem before and everything such as my email address etc seemed OK. The HelpDesk was the only way to fix this and I think Zec had to play around with mine for a while.
