Problem Identified,but...

fixing it may be difficult. It seems that I did in fact register under another user I.D. because I forgot the last one. Apparently it was under catluvr, but now I have another I.D. That's what happens when you get to be as old as me with short term memory loss. The only way out of this conundrum that I can see is to just buy another copy of '04, if they're still available, (I'm going to check the store to see), and just start all over. And THIS time, (Ihope), I'll remember to write my new I.D. and password in my computer log book.

Oh, by the way, thanks to whoever suggested the Help Desk. I had already tried that, and they said to try and redo back to the old I.D., but I don't think that will work. Just hope 04 is still for sale, and I'll just go that route.
