Problem Crashing

I am running Trainz 2009 on Vista Home Premium. In Driver (Maglev) and in Surveyor (road spline) I have had the program crash. Is this a Vista problem?

right click the application the click on compatbility the tick as the bottem "run as addministrator"

also, you it might help if you change you "Vista Theam" to "windows clasic" bucause vista take up a lot of Physical mamery which might help during game play
