Firstly, before I can advise properly, I need you to register your serial number for your PC or Mac version with N3V. Click Planet Auran above, then click Serial Number, then fill in the form.

This is required in order to download content from the Download Station. If your serial number(s) are registered on a different account, you will need to contact Helpdesk to get the accounts merged.
