Problem adding to industries

Hello all, I want to make one of my industries load more things and it is giving me a bug. The route came with the industries already to go, but I wanted to add a couple more things. I have tried editing both the route, and session and still get the same thing. Does anyone know what the problem is looking at the screenshots?

The kuid number in the 'more' dialogue is either faulty or missing....
