Hello,
If you're referring to the level of weathering on the locomotive, there is a chance that it has multiple skins. If you load up Surveyor and place it, you can open its Properties window. If there is an option to Select Skin or similar, cycle through until you find the one you want. I don't know whether Pro Train adds that feature though, it's pretty uncommon.
