printing operating orders

Hi all, another newb here with a question.
When you start a scenario there is a screen that usually comes up with the operation instructions. Is there a way to print these instructions? I tried print screen, it was blank.

hit the letter k and it should bring the orders back up

I gave that a try and it didn't work:'(
I am using TS 2009 build 38411.
