All but one person has made a fairly big error I think. Your pics are supposed to be from pre-1900s, the problem is they didn't have colour photos back then.:p

It looks like a GWR 2-6-0 - a king, or manor I believe have been released. Judging by the boiler size, it's probably a manor class. Unfortunately for Dredd, it's from the 1930s, though the tenders on the manors were often reused from earlier locos dating 1880-1920. For example, the tender behind Dinmore Manor before it was withdrawn had a 1909 plate on the back, and this tender has now been passed to the WSR's new mogul. Recycling is not a new concept.
