All the required dependencies are in the 'asset set' CDP files. (In this case it should be either the 1st or 2nd file)
Did you get any errors when you installed them?
Is anything Open for Edit?

found out the problem, they were for some reason not downloading properly. Now i'm looking for this:

Not on PLL or S&C, this came up when downloading 'UK Age of Steam', i know for a fact its a vehicle, but i dont know where it is...

Both on DLS. Just download the version2 Trainz isn't always very good at picking up a newer version if the original wasn't on the DLS to start with.
