Porting Midwest Grain to T:ANE

I know it's made for TS12 but I wanted to use only T:ANE on my computer...

The problem was that after "deleting missing assets" (to get rid of all Pofig references), any saving of the game would result in crashing T:ANE, often needing a database rebuilding. In the case of "Midwest Grain 3.0 R1" the problem was with "<kuid:149987:21561> grass 11" asset. Simply delete it and the layout stops crashing.
