Portals and Triggers

I am attempting to Produce a consist only when I trigger it. I am trying to produce an empties train have it drop of its cars and pick up the loaded ones. and send it back to the portal universe.. I have used AFAC and it has a trigger activated train generation. I would like to employ this on my own layout. I have tried a few things that don't work so before I get myself really confused anyone have some good pointers? I have gotten scheduled trains working in all the various portal types with just a few hitches...but I would like to call a train as I need it. thanks...

There is a rule Emit Trains Now that will produce any peace of rolling stock or per made up train in your game and send it to a portal of your choice.

Thanks I will look that Kuid up. I found the CPC emit on trigger rule I hope its not the same one.

I found the Rule I am having problems with it. It is throwing exception errors...

Hi,

Did you get the Emit train from the download station? If so uninstall it and go to jointedrail's site. He has a revised version of this rule that works better.

It is possible to replicate the trigger emit system with the other rule you mentioned. I did this once a while back, but haven't done it for a while. I use iportals now to send in the trains I want.
