Poor Textures on CN/IC C44-9W from RRMods

When I downloaded the CN/IC C44-9W It has poor textures and I don't know why that how I can fix it?

Is there the way to fix it?

and the CN/IC C44-9W Textures says modified, obsolete

If it says obsolete, you should have the newer version already. If you did not have it, it would say "Newer version available"

well idk where can I find newer version it's blurry

and it dosen't show when I click CN/IC C44-9W 2697-2726 and dosent show CN/IC C44-9W 2697/2726 Textures
