NS only has one engine painted like that. It's a battery powered switcher. Rumor is that it doesn't even get used that often. They've had it for a couple years now.

And... I doubt seriously if NS should change paint schemes they
would consult the Trainz community.

They would however pay big bucks to some PR outfit to come
up with what they would consider a 'good' scheme and like it
or not, we'd use it.
