Hi
I am wanting to move the CHN trains from ts 2012 to ts 2010 it is possible apparently it is..
But when i launch the game in my route i scroll down to the train to put it on the track but it wont select the train detail ( the writing ) is red and i cannot select it.
What can i do to fix this? am i doing it right how should i do it??

It probably has the wrong build number to work in an earlier version. What does CM say about errors?

If it's requiring TS12 built-ins, there is a good chance that it will not work in earlier versions. You will also, as Euphod has stated, need to change the trainz-build tag to 3.3.

Using CM3.6, I saved CHN DF7C custom numbers A,<kuid:276266:1182> as CDP then imported it into TS2010. It commited without errors but the View Errors shows that it's missing all of the texture.txt files. I opened it for edit and all of the textures are there as .texture files. Checked the loco in TS2010. It shows up but there's no textures, it's all white. I tried PEV's Images2TGA but it didn't generate .tga files. These locos are build 2.5 so version isn't the problem.
