Sorry John, I don't quite understand what you are saying...

For saving issues, ensure you are running Trainz as an Administrator by right mouse-button clicking on the shortcut and choosing Run as Administrator. This will ensure that TS2010 has proper read/write access to its folders.

This could mean that the database needs a repair.

Start Content Manager and choose Quick Database repair from the File menu.

The process can take some time and there maybe faulty content. Don't panic...! Click on the faulty content, and choose view errors and warnings from the Edit menu. Usually the errors are false and will disappear. If there are any left over, you need to repair that content. Also check open for edit and commit any open folders there.
