Can you repeat the question and try and use a bit more details and proper sentences? A couple things to mention:
What was/is the Error in the installation?
Instalation for what?
in what way "does not work correctly"?
can we have your System specs?
what were you doing to get this problem?

My TS2004 and TS2006 discs are damaged. Error during installation. Play sound does not work correctly in TS2009 !!
What can I do

It is possible that a bug from a music program such as Limewire did it.
