Platform Industry

I am trying to add an industry platform to a station but I can't make it "stick". Consequently the doors of an industry carriage will not open.
Any tips?

So, you're trying to "stick" an industry platform to a station? Then the doors of a passenger car refuses to open. Are you using AJS or LARS?

The normal way is to use an invisible station over the top.

I'm using AJS. There are a couple of other industry platforms on the Route. If I grab them the track moves as well.
When I move the one I have added it moves without moving the track.

You need to split the track and connect the track to the platform.

Thanks Claude, that has done the trick. What I didn't realise was that although the AJS platform is a building it also has spline points when viewed in track mode.
