Planet Auran Error

Hi, I'm having a problem with my Planet Auran. In my download helper window it says incorrect username and password, but it's correct I looked in the settings. It also says in my in-game settings it says "Planet Auran authentication failed. Please reenter your Planet Auran username and password and try again." What's wrong here? Thanks.

It happened to me, quit content manager and open it again.

I think you have to remove it and re-enter it

If you are using TS12 with the SP1 and the hotfixes applied then this message comes up. Everything should work correctly after the second attempt. This is due to a time-out condition with the network. If you still can't login and receive the "red bar" then there's something else going on for which you should contact the help desk.

Remember this is their holiday in Australia being their Father's Day, so don't expect too much of a response immediately.
