Pikkabirds SX, SXV, 1502 & 1460 Class needs fixing. Can't remember the procedure.

Hi all,

I've not used Trainz in over 2 years, but long story short I installed it the other day. I set about finding some of the content I lost when I uninstalled it, some of which is PikkaBirds Queensland Railways 1502 (incl. 1461), SXV and SXVA content package on http://www.pikkarail.com/trainz/1460/1460.htm . I remember installing them the last time and they did not work due to a fair sized catalogue of broken/missing/faulty dependecies. They are listed below. Also listed is the 1460/1502 class broken/missing/faulty dependecies. I would be very grateful if anyone can help with fixing these dependecies, or if anyone else has had trouble with the first install.

What version of Trainz are you using them in? I think from memory they were built for TRS2004 so you have to expect errors in TS12. I can have a look at them and IF I can get permission from pikkabird, send them to you.

Well, I have offically fixed the models. Both the NG & SG versions work as built error free.

If you wish to know how to fix them properly then ask me nicely otherwise as I will be more than happy to give your clear directions how to make them models work as I have done them in the past with a bit of clever persistance and hard work. Unfortually, I will not be comming down to your level to speak to you in the way you have addressed me with insults; if your going to just behave like a 7 year old thats your choice. If you want to learn from people, you must treat people with respect. I will await your answer.

Alrighty then. I'll treat you with respect, as long as I get a smidgen as well. It takes two to tango Michael, so your not completely innocent. You treat me with respect, then I will as well. But I'll take the first step. Could you please PM the instructions on how to fix the faulty assets, and then after that I'll put the differences to bed. Please do the same Michael. You and I both know that's the way to solve the problem. So, I've said it.

PS. Don't get Jake into this. Or Nathan for that matter. Things will get ugly again if you do. That's not a threat it's a statement which I have the right to say.
 
Hi AJC,

I managed to get this working recently in 2012. I Google'd a few of the errors and a few old posts from this forum came up on how to fix it. It took be a good hour to get it all working.
