I can find a lot of information on Picklists EXCEPT how to create one in 2019. Is there a downloadable PDF user manual for 2019 ?

From step 7 onwards. How you get to step 7 depends on your particular requirements.

You follow the steps set out at the link I posted. Everything from step 7 onwards has nothing to do with T:ane. You just have to know what you want to add to the picklist. If you aren't using an existing picklist, then it is impossible to guess how you want to do this.

Really - then maybe you should contact admin and have your timeline corrected, because it says you have TRS2004, TRS2006, TS2010, TS12, T:ANE Delux, TRS19.

Thanks to render2017 - the YouTube video answered all my questions and all is now "all systems go".
In reply to brucem56 - Timeline is correct but I do not have Tane installed as I could not get to grips with it - but have since tried to "enjoy" TRS19 and now hope to progress as with other editions of Trainz.
