Peter Hicks' Class 222 reskin

Hi all. I emailed Peter Hicks (peterdhicks) the other day about his 222 and whether I could repaint it into Cross Country colours. I haven't got a response but my question is, do I need to ask permission just to repaint it for personal use? I am debating attempting Virgin Voyager colours too. I can't find anything in the config about reskinning being disallowed.

As long as you do not share the repainted asset with anyone, you do not need permission.
