I downloaded the route and assets but the route will not show. It tells me that a route has not been selected. Anyone have an answer?

I downloaded Chesapeake & Ohio routes by Cincy Southern, and they show the same notice..."no map".

I suspect these routes are unrepairable as there isx no map, ground, files, nor any other important files.
They only have a config file..and nothing else...Bummer !

I raised this matter when Adam uploaded the original version as it only contained the config file. Eventually he uploaded what he claimed was the corrected version but was in fact still only the config file (hence why it was only 13KB in size). I started a new thread here but have had no response. Either he has not seen it or is uninterested in doing about the problem although a comment on what he intends to do would be welcome. As things stand all we can do is delete it, forget about it and move on to something else.

Ahh...Yes..the old "Only a Config File" heartbreak. I have been there, it happens often.

If you want a PRR route, I could think of a few for you to download.

If you are a PRR fan, Here would be a perfect time to start a club of PRR affectionado's...so we could share ides on how to make a really good PRR route. I could draw up potential plans and schematics in MS Paint, and provide Topo & Google Earth images of anything PRR, and post images of them, or send them to anyone interested in the PRR.

PRR fans unite ! Sethmcs, Bob Pearson, Gambroe, and several others are from Pa

I am from just east of Phila. (Bensalem) along the NEC from NY to Washington. I am interested in any thing to do with PRR, Amtrak and SEPTA. We now have a train from NY to Atlantic City running down the PRR tracks and crossing over into NJ along side the Bettsy Ross bridge. Carl

ARrrr...I Spy Pirates...Hijacking a thread

I think we PRR fans worldwide, should start an online PRR club...And communicate by Forum PM on how to design a PRR route. I have so many ideas...I just don't have time to do all the routes. I have Topo maps of Zoo, 30th St, High Line, Harrisburg line, NEC, CSX Grays Ferry, South Philadelphia Greenwich yard, Pavonia NJ yard, Port Richmond...etc...all old time info of the 1920's to 1960's. Pittsburgh Line is my favorite route and objective. "Git Er' Done" !

There are Yahoo Groups: Altoona Johnstown, as well as RailroadRadio.net where you can listen into several RR radio feeds Pittsburgh, West Slope, Harrisburg...as well as several RR webcams (one is static time elapsed photos, and the other is a live feed).

BTW all residence locations of club members should be vague and general. ie: You are from: Phila, Altoona, Johnstown...etc...This is a general rule on the internet...I always use my fictacious name, which is Herman Munster and I live at 1313 Mockingbird Lane, Mullberry Heights, NY 16601...my phone number is 800-555-1212...never publish your E-Mail address in a forum.
