Pending Permissions Update ... for the last 2 months....

i purchaced a 3 months FCT and it hasnt been activated at aurans end.
the website just tells me "Pending Permissions Update" and although the DLS and DLhelper confirm that i HAVE a FCT, they still try to connect me to the free servers, with no luck at all...

i have submitted a ticket with the helpdesk and i have not got a reply.


any thoughts on the issue?

exactly... i figured if i didn't get a response from auran, someone here would know what was happening.. its undoubtedly happened to someone else before, so i was hopeing that someone can let me know how it was fixed...

From what I have heard, the Helpdesk has been really busy lately (or some thing like that ), so that probably explains why you have not received a reply to your ticket.
