PB15 Cab?

I have one question about the PB15 cab. How come if you look out the back, you see the tender that is placed, but you look out the front, you see the PB15. Is there anyway around this. I would like to look up track and see my 2-8-2, not a PB15

The normal cabviews only show views of the interior mesh instead of your loco. To see views of your loco you need a.outsideviewx attachment points ( where x=0,1,2 etc.) added to your original vehicle mesh. If they are not already present they can be added by creating an extra mesh in GMax and adding this to your loco. Do a search on teddytoot and mesh and you will find several postings that I have done on this.

If you want to see the boiler of your 2-8-2 from the cab, you will have to create your own interior. if you do move outside the cab, it is most likely that all you will see is the boiler with all the rest removed to reduce the poly load. I doubt that you will see the wheels and motion gear, the interior view is just that, it does not include bogies.

Well, thanks for answering my question. I was just wondering. If I ever start Gmax, I'll make an american cab for all the engines that use PB15.
