PATH Speed Limits?

I have "World of Subways - PATH" program. I'm not sure if the 20 MPH speed limit in the tunnel between Christopher Street and New Jersey is correct. There appear to be track work in that tunnel. The speed limit in the tunnel between WTC and Exchange Place is 40 MPH.

I'm not sure if you've uploaded any more versions, but if I don't mind, I'm just adding speed limits that I think are suitable.

By the way, if it's one of early versions with an "invisible" New York, may I suggest adding a few buildings, streets etc near the rail line. You only need to add buildings "within sighting" (he he) distance of tracks.
